I’ve been going because of pain around my sacroiliac joint, and somewhere among the leg lifts, repetitions and instructions about how to move, I began to learn more than how to get better physically. As I’ve gone through exercises at therapy and dutifully – well, usually dutifully – done my assignments at home, other lessons emerged.
