Rhonda Foster Aulds

Rhonda Foster Aulds, 63, of Farmerville, Louisiana, was born in Newellton, Louisiana on September 5, 1960 and passed away in Monroe, Louisiana on March 19, 2024.  Visitation will be held at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with funeral services to immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. with State Supreme Justice Jay B. McCallum officiating.  Interment will be at Enterprise Cemetery of Farmerville under the direction and care of Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Foster and mother, Faye Munday; and grandparents, George and Vera Little and Jessie Lee and Mattie Foster.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Scotty Aulds; her stepfather, Bill Munday; children Jason Aulds (Deanna) of Farmerville and Jennifer Miller (Jason) of West Monroe; grandchildren, Christian Aulds, Boston Aulds, Olivia Aulds and Alice Miller; siblings, Rickey Foster (Patricia), Rusty Foster (Dee), Ron Munday (Janet); sister-in-law, Glynda Aulds, and brother-in-law, Jim Aulds (Teresa); mother-in-law, Rosa Garris Aulds; aunt, Betty Posey; uncle, Harvey Little (Linda); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rhonda was introduced to her best friend at her grandparents’ house in Huttig, Arkansas in 1977 and married him three months later.  She was a member of Enterprise Baptist Church and loved the Lord with all her heart.  She retired from the Union Parish Chamber of Commerce, a job that brought her great joy.  However, nothing brought her more joy than her children and grandchildren.  Some of her favorite things to do included visiting Jefferson and Marshall, Texas, writing poetry, fishing, and watching the New Orleans Saints and Dallas Cowboys.  She battled many serious health issues throughout her adult life and was constantly cared for by her loving husband.

Pallbearers will be Cade Nolan, Heath Rogers, Richard Royal, Timothy Parker, Phil Morris, and Bennett Oden.  Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Garris, Wendell Rogers, Daryl Johnson, Larry Johnson, Willie White, Ray Alexander, Jr., Hal Parker, Larry Booth, Ernie Bruce, Wayne Clower and Josh Acree.
