Louisiana Retired Teachers Meeting in Ruston
District 10 of the Louisiana Retired Teachers Association will hold its fall district meeting on September 23, 2026 at The Ruston Parish Library located at 910 N. Trenton St., Ruston, LA.
District 10 of LRTA includes the parishes of Caldwell, Jackson, Lincoln, Morehouse, Ouachita, and Union. All retired educators are invited to attend. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., and the meeting begins at 10 a.m. Refreshments provided.
LRTA Executive Director Dr. Paul Nelson will give a recap on the 2026 Regular Session and discuss potential future legislation that could impact retired teachers. Additional meeting details can be found at lrta.net.
