 Neighbor’s trees could get the axe with new bill 

HB 81 advanced unanimously from the House Civil Law and Procedure Committee and now heads to the House floor for a vote. 

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Louisiana lawmakers are moving forward with a bill aimed at clearing up what property owners can do about overhanging limbs and encroaching roots.
