Youth baseball registration has begun

Union Parish Diamond Youth Baseball and Softball in partnership with the Town of Farmerville is conducting registration for baseball and softball for the 2024 season.
Diamond Youth teams will play at Arnett Smith Ball Park in Farmerville, and the season will run from April 6 through June.
The league is open to boys ages 3-15 and girls ages 3-12, and registration costs range from $75 to $95. Players must be residents of Union Parish.
Interested players can find out more information and can register at https://app.teampass.comm/UNIONPARISHDYB. Registration is available at the Willie Davis Jr. Recreation Center, Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Tryouts and Evaluations or players ages 7 and up will be held Feb. 17 and 24 from 8 am to noon at Arnett Smith Ball Park, 1050 Ward Chapel Road in Farmerville. The schedule for evaluations is: 7-8-year-old boys at 8 am; 9–10-year-old boys at 9 am; 11–12-year-old boys at 10 am; and a girls softball players at 11 am.
Interested players can also register at the ballpark on February 17 and 24 during tryouts and evaluations.
