Tommy White

Walter T. White, aka Tommy White, of Farmerville, La, passed away on July 31, 2023. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, papaw, and friend. He was an extremely hard worker and went above and beyond to provide for his family. Tommy worked offshore for different companies the last 50 years as a Chief Engineer. He was able to work in Brazil and Southeast
Asia during this time and enjoyed telling stories and bringing souvenirs to share with his family. He enjoyed deer hunting, playing golf and being with his family. Tommy competed on the local AM Tours and won several Golf Channel Am Tour National Championships. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Walter T. White and Marguerite Stegall White of Farmerville, La, and Stepmother, Mary M. White of Farmerville, La.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Pinki White, daughters Michelle White and Cameron White, Son, Jimmy White. 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Siblings, Bettye White, Phyliss Gilbert (Ted), John W White (Tanya), and Katie Hodge (Shane), numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
