Renewal comes softly in ordinary places 

Even if some of us didn’t made any New Year’s resolutions, I dare say that some of this same group has accidentally let a stray thought or two creep into our brains concerning something we’d like to accomplish in the coming months. I know I have. 

My theme word for the year has turned out to be “renewal,” even though I didn’t actually plan it that way. My preacher kind of inserted it into my cranium with his first sermon of 2026.
