God waits patiently for
us to “find Him”. He
waited for Ms. Horabuena
to hit her rock bottom…
waited for her
“full surrender” (her
words). And then He
“used her” to introduce
Jesus to the world of artists
and art lovers.
She says “I heard the
Lord speak to me in
that moment”– “The
breakthrough that you
just experienced… will
help countless others to
find the same freedom
in worship.” She said
that right then she was
“all in”… that when she
paints, she’s worshipping.
“I am guided by
His hands. I realize
that being a vessel of
the Holy Spirit is much
more about being in a
relationship to Him than
being an empty jar. And
for me, being in tune
with Him is like being in
tuned to Heaven itself…
And I realize… this is
what the enemy (Satan)
tries to stop in all of our
lives. He tries to cut the
relationship before it has
a chance to flourish. We
were made for this, to
worship the Lord and to
be in unfiltered, unadulterated
relationship with
Him. I believe we were
all created to worship
God in this powerful and
intimate way.”

Bubba’s message today
continued the series on. “
Manifesting Christ.” We
are rewarded for our actions
in obedience after
salvation. Our sins are
covered by the blood of
Jesus and forgiven. We
are to spend our days on
earth conforming to the
image of Christ. We are
ambassadors for Christ.
People see Christ in our
lives. II Corinthians 6:1-
2 tells us now is the time
for us to live our lives
for Christ. We should
not procrastinate on
loving Jesus. We should
not waste our time on
things that are unimportant.
Salvation is an
amazing gift, and we
should let others know.
Satan hates Christians.
He will always try to
tempt us away from our
joyful life. We should
always show joy even in
difficult circumstances.
Through Christ, we can
have an unimaginable
happy life . Demonstrate
our love for Jesus by the
way, we paint Him to the
world. Our Annual
Missions Festival will
be Sunday, November
2, at 5 PM. We will have
events for the children, a
chili cook off, cake auction
for missions, and a
wonderful time for family
and friends. All are
invited.

Matthew 5:43-46: As
Christians, we are commanded
by God to love
everyone. There is to
be malice toward none;
charity toward all. However,
only a supernatural
love can heal the hurt
between us and our ‘enemies’.
Jesus taught: But
I say to you, love your
enemies, bless those
who curse you, do good
to those who hate you,
and pray for those who
spitefully use you and
persecute you …
The Pharisees taught it
was okay to have prejudices;
Jesus said “love
your enemies”. Real
love is an action of doing,
enduring, reaching
out to others, even when
people are evil. This is
Agape Love, the sacrificial
love, like Jesus has
for us. This love sees
what is and then looks
beyond what can be.
God can fill our heart
with this type of love
and then, we can love
our ‘enemies’. …that
you may be sons of your
Father in Heaven.
If we love others, who
love us, we are no different
than unbelievers. For
if you love those who
love you, what reward
have you? As Christians,
we are to love everyone.
Not what they do,
but them as individuals.
Divine Love can turn
an enemy into a friend.
‘Perfect Love’ is how
we can learn to love our
enemies. Whatever God
requires of us, HE will
bring us to it! Romans
5:5 – Now hope does
not disappoint, because
the love of God has been
poured out in our hearts
by the Holy Spirit who
was given to us. Jesus
Christ forgave us from
the cross, which cost
Him His life. Pray until
God helps you to forgive,
as you have been
forgiven by Him.
