Case Farms acquires Louisiana complex

MORGANTON, NC. — Poultry
processor Case Farms recently
reached an agreement to acquire
the ownership of Foster Farms’
Farmerville, La., Complex.
According to information
from Foster Farms, the transaction
featured a Fresh Chicken,
Prepared Foods, and Protein
Conversion facilities located in
Farmerville along with a feed
mill in Arcadia, La., and a hatchery
in Athens, La.
