Union General Hospital Awards 2026 “It’s a Girl Thing: Making Proud Choices” Scholarship to India Hill
Farmerville, LA – Union General Hospital is proud to announce that India Hill, a senior at Union Parish High School and daughter of Debbie and Robert Hill, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 “It’s a Girl Thing: Making Proud Choices” Scholarship.
India plans to attend Louisiana State University (LSU), where she will major in Psychology, with a goal of making a meaningful impact in the lives of others through mental health and wellness.
An outstanding student, India has demonstrated academic excellence with a 4.07 GPA and has been actively involved in numerous extracurricular and community activities. Her achievements include membership in the National Beta Club, National Honor Society, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes, along with participation in the “It’s a Girl Thing” program. She has also been recognized multiple times as Student of the Month and received several academic and leadership awards.
