 Union Parish teen crowned Miss Louisiana’s Teen 2026 

MONROE, La. (KNOE) – The University of Louisiana Monroe was in the spotlight on Sunday, April 12 as young women from across Louisiana took the stage for the Miss Louisiana’s Teen competition. 

The pageant featured singing, dancing and interviews, among many other skills on display. 

After months of intense rehearsals and preparation, Ava Martin of Union Parish was crowned the winner. 

Martin will represent Louisiana at the national level in Miami, Florida in August 2026. She also received a college scholarship worth $5,000 for her win.
