Union Parish Comes Together in Faith and Service for a Day of Giving 

“On November 8th, our community witnessed a powerful demonstration of unity, compassion, and service as church congregations partnered with community businesses, local governmental representatives , Union General Hospital and several community organizations to bless families throughout Union Parish through a generous World Vision donation. Case Farms, Union General Hospital and Arkla Work Force, to name a few, were important contributors to this event.”I am thankful to every pastor, church leader, volunteer, and community member who gave their time, strength, and kindness. Your dedication made a tremendous impact and reminded us of what we can accomplish when we stand together. 

I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to Pastor Lester Sims, Blooming Grove Baptist Church, Union General Hospital for joining us in this effort, especially to Claudia Wade, Director of Marketing Community Development and Grant Management, for her leadership and coordination.
