HOMER MAN KILLED IN SINGLE-VEHICLE CLAIBORNE PARISH CRASH
Claiborne Parish – Earlier today, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop G responded to a single-vehicle crash on Louisiana Highway 2 near Liberty Hill Road. The crash claimed the life of 68-year-old Michael Coleman of Homer.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero, driven by Coleman, was traveling east on Louisiana Highway 2. For reasons still under investigation, Coleman’s vehicle exited the roadway, traveled down an embankment, and collided with a tree.
