Jennifer Lea LaFoe of Monroe and Steven Ryan Giddens of Texarkana exchanged marriage vows Aug. 26 at North Monroe Baptist Church. Dr. Bill Dye officiated.
Parents of the bride are Macon and Cheryl LaFoe of Monroe.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Hughes of Greenville, Ms and the late Mr. and Mrs. E.A. LaFoe, Jr. Parents of the groom are Randy and Sue Giddens of Farmerville. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Giddens and the late Earline Giddens of Farmerville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold Colvin of Dubach. He is also the great grandson of Loma Giddens of Farmerville.
Martha Marie LaFoe, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Casey LaFoe, sister-in-law of the bride, Michelle Bordelon, Misty Giddens, sister of the groom, Jackie Johnson, Andrea Williams, and Emily Whitney served as bridesmaids. Raygan and Rylee Johnson were flower girls.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, Macon LaFoe. Randy Giddens, father of the groom, served as best man. J. Macon LaFoe III, brother of the bride, Mickey Green, Robert Lemoine, Bart Miller, Jacob Rockett, cousin of the groom, and Morgan Nash were groomsmen. David Hughes and David Sullivan, cousins of the bride were ushers.
Ruth Mixon served as wedding director.
The bride is a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School and the University of Louisiana-Monroe with a bachelor of arts.
The groom is a graduate of Farmerville High School and Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor of science.
