|Wiley, Brawley wed March 22|
Tara Grace Wiley and Jay Patrick Brawley, Jr., were united in marriage at 4 p.m. on March 22 at Tall Oaks Lodge in Farmerville. The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Johnny Hankins. A reception was held immediately after the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of James and Vicki Wiley. She is the granddaughter of Margie Cole and the late J. L. Cole and the later James E and Gracibell Wiley all of Farmerville. She is graduate of Cedar Creek High School and La Tech University with a Bachelor of Music degree and will receive a Masters of Arts in Teaching in elementary education from La Tech University in May.
The groom is the son of Sara and Richard Young, and Jay and Marie Brawley, Sr. He is the grandson of Horace and Joan Moses, and Patricia McVay and the late Bob Brawley all of Shreveport. He is a graduate of North Desoto High School and La Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology and is employed as a design project manager for PPT, Inc. in Shreveport.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.
Serving as maid of honor was Rebecca Lewis. Bridesmaids were Lindsay Harlan, Elizabeth Lewis, and Melanie Hyde. Chad Brawley, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Nick Connella, Scott Taylor, and Montana Boyd.
The couple honeymooned in Savannah, GA and will make their home in Shreveport.
