Stephen Ray “Steve” Isaac (08-15-2012)
Funeral services for Stephen Ray “Steve” Isaac, age 55, of Farmerville, LA., were held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home. Officiating the service was Jamie Orten and James Norwood. Interment followed in Conway Cemetery under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville, LA.
Steve was a man of many talents. He was the founder of Steve Isaac and Son Construction. Steve was a dirt man that could move any mound of dirt and make it a work of art. His son, Stephen, will continue his legacy. Steve loved his children and grandchildren who lovingly called him Paw-Paw.
Preceded in death by his father, Charlie Isaac and his sister Theresa Ebarb Methvin.
Steve is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kathy C. Isaac and two children: April Fuller and husband Chris; Stephen Isaac and Ashley all of Farmerville. grandchildren; Baylee and Alden Auger; Kiersten and Kenzlie Isaac.
He is also survived by his mother, Yvette Gambrell of Spearsville, siblings: Charles Isaac and wife Joyce of Farmerville, William Isaac and wife Tina of Pioneer, Roy Isaac of Marion, Charlene Waller and husband Dennis of Pioneer and Dianne Saxon of West Monroe, mother and father in-law, Dewitt and Billie Crow of Farmerville, brothers-in-law, Roger Crow and wife Jan of Nashville and John Crow and wife Lisa of Farmerville and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Benoit Holloway Jr., Roy Ebarb Jr., Kerry Hill, James Norwood, Bennie Archie, and Butch Sensley.
Honorary pallbearers were Desmond Traylor, Mark Moon, Von Bearden and Ronnie Haynes.
Visitation was Saturday, from noon till time of service at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.
