Rev. Louis Bartett officiating.
Burial followed in Mt.
Ararat Cemetery under the
direction of Farrar Funeral
Home in Farmerville.
Mr. Antley went to his
heavenly home January
5, 2016. He was a native of
Union Parish and a resident
of West Monroe for over 50
years. He was a member of
Mt. Ararat Baptist Church,
a heavy equipment operator
having worked for T.L.
James Company for many,
many years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Mr.
Antley loved his family and the value of hard work. He
was caring and helpful and a good listener. He loved to

read the Bible and cherished his family.
He was preceded in death by: His parents, James and
Ezmel Antley; and a daughter, Suzanne Antley.
Left to cherish his memory is: His wife, Betty Ruth
Antley of West Monroe; two sons Bobby Antley and
wife Carla and Richard Antley and wife Lisa, all of West
Monroe; three daughters Sherry Walker and husband,
Ron of Monroe, Shelly J. Antley of West Monroe, and Jane
Phillips and husband, Jonathan of West Monroe; a brother,
Billy Jack Antley of West Monroe; a sister, Sandra Estes
of Weatherford, Texas; as well as nine grandchildren; 11
great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jonathan Phillips, Nic Phillips, Bryan
Beeson, Mike Antley, Richard Antley and Bobby Antley.
Visitation was held Thursday at the funeral home.
