Michael Lynn Williams
Funeral services for Michael Williams, 56, will be
held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at Dean
Baptist Church with Bro. Don Reeves offi ciating. Burial
will follow at Dean Cemetery under the direction of
Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.
Mr. Williams, a carpenter, went to his heavenly home
August 29, 2015.
Michael was a carpenter for North American Land
Development. He enjoyed hunting and fi shing and was
a very hard worker. He was a great provider for his
family, in all ways. He loved westerns, Gunsmoke and
John Wayne.
Michael and his precious wife, LaHouma, were married
for 24 wonderful years. They both loved each other
very much and their love was evident to everyone they
He was preceded in death by: His parents, R.J. and
Aline Williams; a brother, Jerry Bo Williams; and a
sister, Alice Rushing.
Left to cherish his memory are: His wife, LaHouma
Cash Williams; a son, Destin M. Williams; fi ve sisters
Wanda and husband Mike Neal of Monroe, Shirley Holley
of Natchitoches, Pat and husband Doug Morgan of
Georgetown, Tina Stalling of Natchitoches and Sue and
husband Harold Carr of Arcadia; two brothers David
and wife Vicky Williams of Winnsboro and Johnny and
Jill Williams of Stonewall.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Cash, Nick Cash, Jeremy
Benson, Barron Rushing, Keith Thompson and
Mike Brantley.
Visitation was 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015,
at Dean Baptist Church.
