|Kelley, Collins to wed Oct. 6|
Kasey and Pam Kelley of Farmerville and Chuck and Cindy Johns of Monroe are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kanid Kaye Kelley of Jackson, Tenn., to Jason Clint Collins, also of Jackson, Tenn. The couple will be married at the home of the bride’s grandparents, Major and Puddin Kelley at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 6.
Miss Kelley is the granddaughter of Elta Knight and the late James L. Knight of Farmerville and Major and Puddin Kelley of Bernice. She is a graduate of Farmerville High School, Louisiana Tech University and Mississippi State College School of Law. She is an Assistant Public Defender with the 26th District Public Defender’s Office in Jackson, Tenn.
Mr. Collins is the son of Christopher Moore Collins of Jackson, Tenn., and the late Patricia Mays Collins, and the grandson of the late Roy and Helen Collins and the late Milburn Gilbert “Gib” and Ivy Mays, all of Jackson, Tenn. He is a graduate of Waverly Central High School in Waverly, Tenn. He is Assistant Branch Manager for Orkin Pest Control in Jackson, Tenn.
